Graphics Issue: Distracting Artifacting, Makes Night Stages Impossible

Earlier when i start a night stage or dark stage when i start the stage its all green then after the countdown it goes blue and then after blue its goes pich black and only can see the sky and everything that i said its like instant
Also im on the lowest graphcis that could be a problem aswell
But now when i try it its always black
