Same here with Nvidia 970
When i put Car Reflections on more than ultra low i see this even in menu.
And when it is rainy i have some blueish and greenish filter on the screen.

Look at Moments The Successor its look great on start and after starts, all became black, but on stage start it seems will be working... This is not problem with Maxwell but with game...
I have GTX 980M and same problem with nights tracs. This only one Moments The Successor on start looks normaly, with car lights, textures.
There is also an option if they upload it to Geforce Now and buy a subscription there instead of buying a new card, you just have to wait until they upload it there
