Yep still getting the issue here too, 980ti.
Get the feeling that this won't be fixed and at this point I've played too much to refund, just time trialling on day stages. Very disappointed as the game is solid, just too many bugs.
@BKDzzYou can probably still get a refund, quote from Steam's refund policy page: "but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look"
Might be worth waiting a bit though, PJ on reddit seems to acknowledge that these forums are the place for official responses and I haven't seen one yet that definitively states they're never going to fix it.
