Handbrake/manual clutch/RWD bug

Summarize your bug Even when selecting fully manual clutch, as soon as you touch the handbrake in a RWD car a single millimeter, the drivetrain disengages and the engine starts revving freely. Thus you can't stall the engine if you don't clutch while pulling the handbrake.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select manual clutch and pull the handbrake while driving.
What happens when the bug occurs? Drivetrain is disengages as if you were using a clutch nanny.
What do you expect to see? If I set full manual clutch in assists, I expect to have to use the clutch if I want to use handbrake in a RWD car. Now it behaves like there is till the clutch assist on.
