Hide driver and wheel option also removes them from the replay

Question

As the title says, when the driver and/or wheel are hidden in the option, they are not shown in the replay as well.

The most significant moment of this issue is when the replay camera switches to the camera towards the cockpit. It shows the car moving with an empty driver's seat and co-pilot sitting alone.

Co-driver is missing in Replays from cockpit view

There is a bug:

- set not to be visible the driver (steering wheel ony) in cockpit view
- during the replay, the driver si also missing , but only inside views, from outside he is visible as it should

Please fix this issue, and put the driver behind the wheel for all replay views
