It seems that the boost is gone once you release the throttle below the activation point. No matter if you used all of it or not.

My throttle pedal is working fine. No issues in WRC Generations which has Hybrids as well. I know that if let off pedal under the hybrid zone i lose boost but I am talking about when I have throttle pedal pressed on max and it just disappears.
I found the problem. It was my handbrake which coused hybrid to turn off. Because when I let go of a handrbake it would bounc a little and game registered it on 1%. Same with sequantial gearbox I have, when I pushed the leaver hard it would also register handbrake moving a bit. I added deadzone to my handbrake and it works now flawlessy,
