I can't bind my Fanatec handbrake CS 1.5 (PS5)

I can't bind my Fanatec handbrake CS 1.5 on PS5; when I just slightly move my handbrake to bind it, I get a message that the driving device is disconnected. Only after I release the handbrake the message dissapears. Even when try I pulling the handbrake when driving in game or in the menu's, the message appears. I have no problem with other race titles like Dirt Rallt 2.0, GT7 or even The Crew Motorfest. Please give us a patch asap, the game is barely playable now caused by the many hairpin corners in the game...

Had the same exact problem turns out the nut under the yellow damper inside had come loose letting the handbrake come to rest far to forward an sending a signal that makes this game think it’s disconnected, anyway I tightened it a bit recalibrated and it works fine for me now give it a try.

Summarize your bug I have been having problems with WRC 2023 and the Fanatec Handbrake 1.5 since the release date. Now, after the update patch 1.2, things have only gotten worse. A) I still can't tie the handbrake; At the moment, as soon as I pull the handbrake, I get a message that the device has lost the connection (no problems with other racing games). B) After the update patch 1.2, things have become even crazier; I wanted to see if the 1.2 patch had fixed the handbrake binding problem; not so. Instead when you pull the handbrake now, you still get the (lost connection message), but now the handbrake also breaks the Force Feedback from my Fanatec GT DD Pro. To get the FF working again, I first have to quit WRC 2023 completely, and then restart the game. I would like to see more attention from the developers for this problem.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the Fanatec 1.5 handbrake on a PS5 systeem connected to a Fanatec GT DD pro wheel

What do you expect to see? I expect my Fanatec handbrake to work as it work with other race games: GT7, Dirt Rally 2.0, WRC titles by NACON, The Crew Motorfest etc.

Same here, what a bummer. Full race kit, bought the ps5 just for WRC and it does not work fully.
