I tried it now 3 times:
- Delete the Game folder in the EA Library.
- Download it again with ENGLISH Language.
Result: Game is in german :-(
German is my native language, but the localisation is rubbish.
And: Racing Game / Simulations should be played in the language the teams mostly use, which is obviously english.
Can we please have to opportunity to change the game language in the game?

The automatic language selection is simply rubbish.
The installer installs another language as selected in the installer EA APP ! I selected English in the installation options but the EA APP installed German instead.
This shows the bad quality of the EA APP.
Simplest solution like in all other games menu point for the language.
I have already opened a ticket, but the help team is not even able to understand the problem.
Just to add the information from the German EA shop, where all available languages are advertized.
Any update how to change the language of the game with the EA APP?
In Steam it's easy, but unfortunately I bought directly at the EA Shop so I have to live with the EA APP.
dont know if you solved your problem by now but i had a similar problem with EA FC 24 and now again with EA sports WRC and both times the solution was to go to the registry editor and manually change the locale of the game to en_US( or if you want other languages whatever code those languages have ) on two folders software/codemaster/ EA sports wrc and the other one on WOW6432NODE/codemaster/EA sports WRC then you go to the game press manage and then repair, once its done the game should be on english

This solved the problem. There is clearly a bug when installing WRC in a selected language.
The solution, for people who are not so familiar with regedit
1.) Use regit (Windows key and type reg in the Windows menu - start registry editor) and go in the registry editor to the 2 key values:
2.) Change in each the value of locale to en_US for english (I tried en_GB but it was automatically changed to en_US)
3.) After that go in the EA app to the game and click Manage and then Repair
hey this seems to solve all text language issues however all the audio lines are still in chinese , i can see there are english files installed any idea on how to change ?
Have you changed both Registry values?
For me this changed text and audio.
Maybe you could try after changing both values in registry a PC reboot and also a repair (in manage) of the game in the EA launcher..
