Hello, I have a problem with EA Sports WRC 24 game installation. I bought EA SPORTS WRC 24 game on Epic Games Store and when I try to install it, then EA App opens up and gives me this error: "The title may have beed downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to differrent account or restart the app to try again.". Epic Games Account which I bought the game from is linked to the right EA Account. How can I solve this problem? I tried to reinstall EA App etc, but nothing helps. Thanks in advance!

I think EA should strongly consider offering redeem codes to affected players as a temporary solution. This would allow those of us stuck with this issue to activate the game directly in the EA App and bypass the problematic account linking with Epic Games.It's frustrating to wait this long without access to a game we've paid for. A redeem code workaround would show goodwill and help rebuild trust while the underlying issue is being resolved. I hope EA rethinks their approach and takes action soon—delaying further only adds to the dissatisfaction.

Hi. I gave up and got my money back from Epic. I tried to communicate with Epic for about a week and it didn't go anywhere. The last words from EA were that I don't have the base game and I should contact the seller. But Epic doesn't care, I think they're just lying that they're doing something about it. In total, I spent about 25 days with it. 😁😁 I just bought WRC 24 at a discount directly from EA and it works. I hope that all of you who don't have the opportunity to return it will get it resolved as soon as possible.

So another weekend without access to the game. Yay... So most likely the problem will be fixed on January 28 at the earliest when the new update comes out as Henrys353 wrote. This is sad and pathetic.

@marutex I've contacted EA so many times that it's making my head spin. The last time I was told that I don't own the base game, only the DLC. And that I should resolve it with Epic Games. Epic responds that they know about it and are working on it. However, 14 days ago, Epic claimed that it wasn't their problem, that I should contact EA.😁😁😁

It would be interesting if someone had access to some important influencer who would help to spread the problem to prevent more people from buying the game from EPIC/EA. As long as people continue to buy the game and it doesn't influence their profit, EA won't care about our problem. I gave up, asked for a refund and bought other games, I'm going to enjoy all the others for days, even so EA won't solve the problem in WRC, when this works again I'll come back and maybe buy the game again, good luck and lots of patience to everyone
