Logitech Driving Force GT Hat Switch Detection Issues

Summarize your bug The game recognizes the right and up arrows on the hat switch of my DFGT correctly (icon shows up fine too, see attached image), but left and down both bind into "Pov 1" (see attached image).
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bind the hat switches of a Logitech Driving Force GT wheel to (for example) Menu Navigation Up, Down, Left and Right. Notice that up and right will be bound correctly, while left and down will be bound incorrectly, and as the same input.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't use both of left/down hat switches because they are both recognized as the same input.
What do you expect to see? The left and down hat switches should be bound correctly like up and right.
