Monte Carlo - stage segment has gravel grip levels on tarmac after restart

While racing at Mexico and sometimes in certain parts of Greece, the car switches to tarmac grip and physics even though the surface is gravel. When this occurs, the gravel effects like dust kickup also stop, and tarmac tire sound effects occur.
