Movable objects become solid over time

Summarize your bug Movable objects become solid after multiple restarts
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Time Trial - Have a lot of restarts within one continuous session
What happens when the bug occurs? Movable objects like those little poles with the orange flag that signal junctions are usually movable and can be driven over but when I was hunting world records with a lot of restarts and being in one continuous session for hours they at some point got solid and you just instantly stopped when hitting them.
What do you expect to see? Movable object to stay movable.

In the attached file there is the pole I was speaking about with the orange flag signalling the direction of the junction.

This is from Finland Rally Stage 3, this object became solid after about 2 hours of grinding and restarting.

    It's also very frustrating for me. I found a similar issue in Portugal.

    Location: Vodafone Rally de Portugal

    Stage: Ervideiro

    Split: 2

    The orange flag on the left side also feels unusually solid.
