When tyre and wheel friction set to 0 it will stop the shaking issue but everytime you turn the game on from a full close down it will shake once before you actually start a rally. But it’s fine to play after you click continue until you close the game again. So just be prepared that everytime you turn the game on it will shake once before you start actually playing.
I noticed in the wheel settings that it list my MOZA R3 now. Before it never recognized it and just said steering wheel. But it worked perfect when it never listed the MOZA R3. See attached pic. I also contacted MOZA but no reply yet.

Yeah now says moza R3 wheel on the in game setting for EA WRC also added two new options tyre and wheel friction but seems like since these two features have been added up the latest update is caused the shaking issue. But set them to 0 it will only shake once just start the stage it stops until you close the game and start it up again. At least it’s still playable this way!
