Just an update on this. The issue still exists following 1.4.1. While gravel rallies generally seem fine, there is no dust in replay for tarmac stages (e.g. when cutting a corner) and in some instances, no spray / kickup at all (e.g. wet surface at Monte Carlo).
@soco3594I noticed the same issue todey in Quick play solo mode. No dust on replay (quick Play solo)
