No shader pre-caching occurring, roadside objects now need caching upon contact

I experienced this before and still experience it after both patches so far. 
From smaller, all the way to massive stutters - depends on what object and how much contact. 

Thanks for reporting this on behalf of us all, I didn't know how to properly word this issue! 
It's going to be a much better experience when they fix this one!
