No Snow or Rain on Windscreen

Summarize your bug When it is snowing at the beginning of a stage, the weather effects are visible outside of the car but no snow accumulates on any of the windows when using the interior camera. This bug has been present since launch and renders the wipers pointless. The only time snow actually accumulates on the windows is when you play a longer stage and the dynamic weather means it starts snowing halfway through. This has intermittently started happening since the last update for rain too, with the effects only being present half way through longer stages.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a stage in quick play with the weather conditions set to snowfall. Observe how there are no snow particles on the windows when playing on any interior camera.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are no weather effects visible on the windows when using interior cameras.
What do you expect to see? Weather effects present.
