[PC] Stuttering can be removed by entering basic graphic option

Hi, everybody

I still have this issue too.

My config:

Intel i5-12400f, Radeon RX 6600 with 8GB VRAM, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, Steam version of the game.

I tried with full screen and window borderless, with and without FSR, It doesn't matter. 

Please patch this issue, the game is beautiful and the level design is awesome.
