Its 100% an EA's UE4 engine problem... Loading assets is unnecessarily single core heavy, HT divides one physical core into 2 virtual ones... Mine is not using HT, and it does play smoothly, until it doesn't because of vsync issues.
I don't know if it is because of it and if disabling it would work for you, worth a shot though... You shouldn't have to but that's where we're at.
And I'll still be waiting for that vsync fix.

Today i was try when HT is disabled, and still have stutters, so 0% improvement.

Sorry to hear that man, maybe disabling windows CFG for it or something... I really don't know. Seems to be a different problem than the vsync one.
Can't stand researching about it anymore.
EA is literally adressing other threads while people begged for a solution for the vsync since the launch... They apparently don't care to even let us know that nothing can be done, so we can at least stop trying.
The engine is indeed problematic, but your issue seems a bit deeper though...
Altough, even if outside that unacceptably terrible engine the game is actually fantastic, if you can't play it, might aswell refund it!
