yep, iv been having to do this for a long time now, didnt even cross my mind to do a bug report for some reason. I initially thought it was an AF thing as id changed the value and things went smooth but soon realised that just entering the basic graphics option and back to game was the fix....
Community ManagerI meant to update this one. I sent it over to the team and they are tracking it again. I let them know its been a while and players had issues still, so it is now on their radar again!

Just bought the game and still have this issue too. I have to enter basic graphics and exit to make fps go UP. It's hard to play online because I can enter the menu only after start and loose a lot of time.
