The issue hasn't been eliminated in the recent patch...

Can you let the developers know this again? Thanks.

Just bought the game and still have this issue too. I have to enter basic graphics and exit to make fps go UP. It's hard to play online because I can enter the menu only after start and loose a lot of time.
