Playing a Moment w/ unowned DLC prompts game to delete/edit save on startup

Summarize your bug Playing the recently released Moment featuring the Yaris Rally2 in Latvia without owning the requisite DLC will result in the game always prompting on startup to either overwrite and delete the current save game or remove the DLC content from the current save. The cursor defaults to "Create new save" and then "Accept", possibly resulting in unwanted save deletion if the player is button mashing through the startup screen.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Play the Moment with the Yaris Rally2 in Latvia without owning the 2024 24 Locations & Cars Content Pack or Expansion Bundle. 2. Shut down and restart the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game always prompts you to overwrite your save or remove the DLC content from your save on startup.
What do you expect to see? No prompt appearing.

The cursor defaults to "Create New Save" and then "Continue", which are the most destructive options. Anyone button mashing to get through the startup screens could easily overwrite their saved data on accident. Selecting "Remove Content and Continue" and then "Confirm" continues to the main menu with no noticeable changes to save data.
