Do you get 100% GPU utilization in menus and pause screens though? That's what I'm getting. GPU usage only drops when I'm on a rally stage. Even in Rally School, I get 99% GPU usage, but never in a normal stage.
Definitely a serious bug that should be fixed asap.

@RaceOwl87 Hello, yesterday testing the WRC, by chance I discovered that it is indeed an optimization error. I tell you, yesterday I started playing Rally School and I realized, that in that part of the game, it stutters sometimes, but the GPU usage increases to 90~100% and the FPS increases to 110~155 while CPU cores remain between 30~55% usage. Everything works correctly in the Rally school (except the occasional micro stutters) So I can confirm that the failure is in the stages.
I can also confirm the low CPU and, particularly, the low GPU usage during stages. Despite the very demanding scenarios (e.g., Finland, where some stages range from 90 fps to 60 fps in just one corner), GPU usage never reaches 100%.
These numbers point to a problem with UE4 code optimization, since hardware resources are never fully utilized and, as a consequence, performance is severely compromised.
My PC specifications include a AMD 5600x, 32Gb of RAM and AMD 6800XT (XFX Merc 918).
With that CPU and that gpu u are bottlenecking CPU for sure... The game dont have the fault, maybe its poorly optimized than other and for that its more noticeable than on other games but u have to much GPU for that CPU.
No mate. I have been in the world of gaming for 25 years and I know exactly what the bottleneck is, and it is quite a myth. My processor runs around 35~45% on each core and if we try it in more demanding games I don't have a single problem. I repeat, the bottleneck exists but not always. A CPU that has 6 cores and 12 threads at 5GH can handle a 4070 and something else. Also, if you read more users you will see that there are people with the same problem with much more powerful CPUs than mine. Greetings.
