@AstramusHello, I have the same problem on 5800X3D and 3080. GPU wanks at 60%, cpu total 20% and under 70% per core. It performs like the L3 cache does not exists.
Edit, omg, i just found that on the forum: Fanatec ClubSport v3 bug... My 82 fps increased to 115 after i unplugged the pedal from the USB port...
Hello, the Fantatec thing is another bug that already exists, for some reason when you connect it it limits the FPS to 82 but it is not our case and neither is our solution, thanks for the info. It is a bug that EA must fix immediately since it affects many people and not just a few. Also a very common bug is the excessive exposure or let's call it saturated brightness of the game that prevents rough textures from being displayed correctly in certain stages or even on the snow. I have same hardware, 5800x3d / rtx 3080. On 3440x1440p. But using T300RS with T-LCM (through the base).
Using DLSS Q (because anything else including native is a blurry mess) i go from between 105fps on ultra preset to 185fps on ultra low preset.
