Agreed it is very odd that users are seeing such varying issues. Although i am capable of running reasonable frame rates, i also get a lot of stuttering especially on the first run as if the shader patch did not quite work, compared to others. All graphics settings except DLSS result in a blurry mess.
It makes it difficult to diagnose the issues when they are so different for everyone
