With that CPU and that gpu u are bottlenecking CPU for sure... The game dont have the fault, maybe its poorly optimized than other and for that its more noticeable than on other games but u have to much GPU for that CPU.
No mate. I have been in the world of gaming for 25 years and I know exactly what the bottleneck is, and it is quite a myth. My processor runs around 35~45% on each core and if we try it in more demanding games I don't have a single problem. I repeat, the bottleneck exists but not always. A CPU that has 6 cores and 12 threads at 5GH can handle a 4070 and something else. Also, if you read more users you will see that there are people with the same problem with much more powerful CPUs than mine. Greetings.

Hello everyone. I have installed the new 1.3.0 patch and the GPU usage problem has been completely solved, at least for me. In all stages, my GPU runs between 95~100% constantly and the cores of my i7-8086k do not exceed 45% usage. I also dedicate this to everyone who said that an RTX 4070 is bottlenecking the CPU (too much GPU for that CPU) is what they said. Well, everything works much better, but there are stages, like Kenya for example, where the FPS continues to drop and does not stay above 60 at some points of the stage (normally they are around 90FPS). The average FPS in 1440p with everything in ultra except the reflections of the car which are low, now I have them at 90~120FPS. Greetings.
