Potential Missing Mud Texture

Summarize your bug Whenever I race on gravel in wet conditions, it appears there should be some form of mud texture on the car as it gets dirty, but this is not being correctly displayed. Instead, it is only just barely visible on the tail lights of the car, and nowhere else. I believe this texture is also sometimes temporarily displayed after servicing the car, but is removed upon starting the following stage.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It can be very easily reproduced by running a gravel stage on either a wet track or in rainy weather. The partially visible texture on the tail lights is visible on most cars, but is especially evident on the nearly central rear spotlight on the H1 Mini Cooper S.
What happens when the bug occurs? I believe it is a missing texture resulting in the car not correctly showing mud dirtiness when it should.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the correct mud texture slowly appear on the car as would the regular dusty texture. I feel this would greatly help with the game's immersion.
