What happens when the bug occurs? Profile corrupted and no options successfully recover it. Fresh start only option.
What do you expect to see? Back up that works, cloud/account based backups that mean liveries, tunes, settings/preferences, career mode status, etc. can all easily be recovered.
If a backup exists, please make it available.
If it doesn't, store one in the cloud or a more robust method locally, that actually works.
