Problems with downloading latest upgrade version

I started upgrading to the latest version and when I  was requested by the app to continue to download, downloading has been stuck.

I cleared my cache and restart the process but still nothing.

I am ready to uninstall my game and install it again.

Do you have any other suggestions ?
