If you have a handbrake try to set the deadzone on 28% in game, that solved it for me.

@PSR_BJ0R45EN If you go to change the deadzone, you'll be able to see how far you need to set it - the UI shows what your handbrake's current reading is, and as long as it's below where the deadzone line (on the left) is, you're good. Mine only needed like +2-3%.

GUYS YOURE BOTH RIGHT , EITHER 2 OR 3 OR 24 % ON DEADZONE. YAY IM SO HAPPY . HUGE THANKS GUYS MADE MY DAY . WRC BEGINS LOL.

Go to the controller settings, select your device that has the handbrake. Edit its deadzone setting as suggested in this thread (set to 20-30% should be just fine).
