Quest 2 Audio issues with headphones

Summarize your bug When I play in VR using my meta quest 2 headset, I cannot use headphones with the headset because no sound comes out when they are plugged into the quest 2's audio jack. I can only use the built in speakers.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try using a quest 2 headset in vr with headphones connected to its headphone jack.
What happens when the bug occurs? No sound comes out of the headphones
What do you expect to see? Sound coming from the headphones

I tried changing the audio output settings using windows + ctrl + v but it didn't affect anything.
