Yes. I have same problem. Reset demage when You go out from club and back, in ever moments. It's stupid and hhis ruins the quintessence of rallying, drive carefully or aggressive driving exposed to damage. This should be fixed because it destroys all the fun and competition as we know it from the real WRC. 

A great option would be the ability to leave the club (without penalty minutes) only during services. Leaving the club between special stages should be penalized +1 hour to the general time.

The game is great, but needs fix bugs.
