Game doesn't allow to go club live.

Did that, restarted router and PC - problem is same.

EDIT: Found out what was wrong. Somehow one of the location had no stages set up and that's why I got this error.

J'ai le même probléme de connexion au multi joueur, erreur 1040, j'ai redémarré la box, mode sans échec sur la console avec l'option 5, j'ai bien eu la mise à jour du jeu ce matin mais rien n'y fait  ... y a t'il d'autres chose a contrôler ??

Sorry it's been a while. This still hasn't resolved the issue even after restarting my PS5 and also Rebuilding the Database. Granted I haven't restarted my router as I am unable to, as I am at my University campus. Although on that note, I've had no trouble connecting to other EA servers such as BF2042 and F1 21. This is all via an ethernet connection is this helps.

I should say for a moment, maybe one single day about a week ago I did have access to Quick Play Multiplayer, yet now I've lost access again with the same error message.

StreamDeck app seems to have been stopping WRC connecting to EA servers. Had running, could not connect, stopped it WRC connected. Maybe a fluke, maybe something in tray causing it
