After the last update, I am having a slight problem... Vsync is intermittent, for it to work well, I have to load a rally, and before exiting, enter the menu, go to graphic settings, deactivate Vsyn, restart after.....then again turn on Vsync... and from there there are no problems.....
although I have to repeat the same thing every time I do a rally 😞
I am sorry to hear that! I don't have any time to try nowadays but always wondering that what will happened after last 1.6.0 update. But no lock for us I guess...

TL;DR:
In v1.6.0; when the stage begins, goto settings, just enter "basic graphics" then exit the menu. Voila!
Unfortunately, you have to do this at the beginning of each stage.
Details:
EA WRC: v1.5.0 Steam version.
My PC: i5-12400f, RTX-4060Ti, 32GB-RAM, 1080p@60Hz, NVMe M.2 SSD, Nvidia driver 537.58, Win 10, PDP controller.
AFTER v1.6.0, my micro stutter problem fixed by doing this:
When stage loads and before co-driver count down, hit escape.
Enter basic graphics setting.
Hit escape, exit menu.
Finally micro stutters are gone!
Note That:
Unfortunately, you have to do this at the beginning of each stage.
What Changed After Episode 1:
In episode 1 which takes in EA WRC v1.5.0, I must turn off then turn on v-sync for problem to fix but now it turns to only enter menu-exit menu trick.

In episode 1, I pre-ordered EA WRC and after several months (v1.5.0), I luckily fixed my micro stutter (high fps but micro stutter) problem by a simple but weird trick. So finally I can run the game smoothly.
