    @EA_Barry

    Here is the error from Event viewer:

    Faulting application name: WRC.exe, version: 4.27.2.0, time stamp: 0x6530526a

    Faulting module name: WRC.exe, version: 4.27.2.0, time stamp: 0x6530526a

    Exception code: 0xc000001d

    Fault offset: 0x00000000005e55e0

    I move to C:\, did clean Nvidia GameReady driver install, checked firewall, verified game files and windows packages and most I found around Windows exception code Exception code: 0xc000001d.

    I am still missing a definitive error message. DonI really need to debug this myself?!!

    I had got chat with EA and suggestion from EA is below, I am currently in work, can someone to try it please ?
    In that case, the possible solution here would be to re-download MS Visual C++ as the files could either be missing or corrupted.
