Is this fixed in the upcoming patch? The notes are unclear.

Seems like no fix other than Monte Carlo and when adjusting difficulty during events.
They wouldn't have just opened this thread a week before the patch if it was going to be properly addressed.
We have given EA enough info, it's up to them now to fix this.
