@stewtomcat Just thinking out loud. Have you tried without controller being connected and also complete shot in the dark. Change turn off controller setting to never. Also power settings never put in rest mode and usb ports off in rest mode.

Some games which include codemasters games have weird issue with rest mode. Where rest mode would randomly attempt to out console in rest mode. It was a real issue as it would brick PS5. Sony have since fixed it but techy guys say some games still have issue.

Probably won’t work but no harm in trying

My controller is not connected it’s just so unsatisfactory I honestly don’t know what to I am not that great with computers and the like what’s needed is a guru that goes around the country setting up systems I would gladly pay for someone to set up my system!!

@stewtomcat I feel you. I’d love an all singing and dancing PC. But seeing often games randomly crash. Which requires you to find someone to be able to read endless random nonsense in something call a Dxdiag so you can find out that your PC software doesn’t always update files and it’s some silly security update you missed that has turned your 5k high end PC into a brick. Consoles don’t normally require any off that.

Fortunately on the F1 boards there’s another champion who’s a PC Guru god who spends every day on the big boards fixing people’s PC issues. For free.
