I managed to connect to the EA servers in this way:

I disabled automatic access to the EA servers during the launch of the game.

I unplugged the LAN cable from the PS5. I then tried (without connection) to enter online mode and obviously it tells me connection error (without crashing). It then asks me to try again,

I reconnect the LAN cable and then press try again.

By doing this the game then connects to the EA servers without crashing.

The next time I turn it back on, however, I have to do everything again.

However, this way I was able to connect
