Repair penalty not added to drivers time

Just to point out that when you go over the repair time and you get a penalty, the time never adds up on the time of the stage or anywhere else. It's frustrating to do a club and be beaten by someone that abuse this bug. We can try to stay under the limit, but that means thrusting everyone to do so witch is unrealistic.
