Reverse Doesn't Work, Resetting Car, Car won't Move Afterwards

H-pattern shifter not bound properly

Set to h-pattern, manual in assists. 
thsi morning it wasn’t bound at all 

Fanatec clubsport shifter although worked fine in sequential mode. 
thsi evening. Neutral is 1st gear. 1st is reverse. 2-5 works sometimes
