Screen Tearing PS5 Patch 1.4

Another PS5 player here,this "update" has introduced very bad screen tearing even when scrolling through menus i have seen it, stuttering is now worse and the reply mode is almost at the point it cannot be watched or used add to that game crashes/errors! What is going on here EA as it seems to please one side of the fence you upset or disregard the other, does anyone actually test these fixes for any length of time? I am at the point i have reinstalled previous WRC/Dirt 2 titles which is a real shame i hope you can or will fix this performance issue asap. Having spoken to some PC players they are kind of used to having to optimize there systems for games but console does not really have that much option and many people on console just want to buy a game and play it and it be a finished working and issue free product.
