Service repairing penalty doesn't count in clubs mode

Summarize your bug When you need too much time to repair your car at the service park and receive a penalty, the time isn't added to your (next) stage- or total-time.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drive a rally and get some damage on your car before the next service park. Then repair as much parts needed to exceed the time given in the service. You will receive a penalty which is shown after the repairs have been done. Then go on to the next stage. You'll start with 0:00,000 time and when you finish the stage no time will be added when crossing the finish line nor will a penalty be shown at the results table.
What happens when the bug occurs? In a club you can always repair the car as much as possible without getting charged and get a massive advantage over other players.
What do you expect to see? The penalty you receive must be shown anywhere.

yes this is still problem when they gona fix this !!!!!!!! its ruins the clubs mode so odd they cant fix it ......just lazy lazy ea things again 

Yep this is still a problem. Maybe it was fixed and came back or maybe it was never actually fixed but service repair penalties are not applied to final times in clubs.

30 second penalty, racenet shows the penalty but it does not get added to the stage or total time.
