Service repairs not adding in clubs

Summarize your bug Service repairs are showing in the app, but not actually getting added to the stage time or overall time in clubs. This seems to be a new glitch since a recent patch as I've only noticed this in the past five weeks.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Clubs. Go above service repair time. Won't show in the app leaderboards overall time.
What happens when the bug occurs? Messes up clubs leaderboards
What do you expect to see? Service repairs to be added to the overall time

Service repairs are showing in the app, but not actually getting added to the stage time or overall time in clubs. This seems to be a new glitch since a recent patch as I've only noticed this in the past five weeks.

Hardcore damage. You can view our club if you like (TGPSeries, hosted by me). RedBullKim on SS3 gets a 30 second penalty for a service repair, but it does not add to his stage time or overall time. Had this before a couple of times as well. Yet to see it apply correctly. Thank you
