Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start any new stage or location. Especially noticeable on tight turns and hairpins.
What happens when the bug occurs? In the beginning of the stage the picture have a noticeable stuck (stutter) that also affect input and cause the car to go off road.
What do you expect to see? Smooth optimized gameplay not affected by driver updates. Please address the issue and advise a better video settings to mitigate the issue.

yeah driver updates clear the shader cache, then the game is recompiling during stages again instead of really doing much pre-compilation.😞
