Support for Thrustmaster T818 Base

Summarize your bug Thrustmaster T818 Base is not correctly recognized with my Thrustmaster Sparco R383 Wheel. The Wheel has colored buttons but xbox buttons are shown in game menus. The base seems not supported yet, a preset for different TM wheels is already there.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Thrustmaster T818 is missing in device_defines.xml. A preset is also missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Wheel has colored buttons but xbox buttons are shown in game menus.
What do you expect to see? That T818 is officially supported.
