The cause of the AI getting randomly slow

Summarize your bug The AI get very slow (by minutes) after quitting a rally and continuing it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do a rally with 2 of the stage and set the AI difficulty high. Do the first one normally. Then at the stage end screen do a save and quit. (Maybe close the app or don't I don't know if that matters). Then reload the saved game and compare the AI times.
What happens when the bug occurs? The AI gets massively slow. It might be that the AI difficulty gets defaulted to 0.
What do you expect to see? The AI become very slow.
