Tire bug

Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug I don't understand what rule the game uses to allocate the number of tires per event. For example, the event has 8 stages, no rain, dry tarmac and you have only 1 set soft tires, 1 set hard and 6 sets rain tires???? After 4 stages my soft tires are gone, hard tires are like you on icy road, and i have continue on rain tires. Idiotic. Another example: I did a rally in a club with 18 special stages. Tires? 1 set soft, 1 set hard, 12 sets rain. Weather? Sunny, dry tarmac in spain. Come on guys!!!!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make rally with only dry stages.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't compete in normal conditions. Unfair gameplay
What do you expect to see? You need the right number of tires depending on the conditions. No rain - no rain tires. Easy.

    Yes. After few stages on dry tarmac tyres are very worn.

    @M_Koniuszko That's why then. You're changing them too soon. It's not a case of "The game hasn't given me enough tyres", it is "I have x number of tyres, I need to use them wisely"

    This is not the case. Have you seen my screen shot? Why the heck, game give me 12 sets wet tires for rally without rain. This is problem. Looks like tire management in the game is very random.

    @M_KoniuszkoI understand that the game giving you wet tyres is "odd", but in situations like the one you've put yourself in, it would have been far better for you to stay on the Soft and Medium tyres until they were in "Poor" condition, rather than changing them at every service you're given and have to deal with the rain tyres. The game is essentially giving you the rain tyres as a back-up, in case you change the dry tyres too soon, like what you did in that event.

    I don't think you understand the situation at all. I organized a rally at the club for 18 special stages for the Super 1600 car class. Long rally. I got on beginning 1 set soft, 1 set hard and 12 sets wet tires. I didn't change tires on every service, I just used them up completely within 9 stages. Nothing was left, they were totally worn. Imagine, how fwd car "eating" tires on tarmac. So now I started drive on wet tires, which is ridiculous, because whole rally is in sunny, dry tarmac conditions.

    I totally agree with @M_Koniuszko. The whole tyre allocation system is poor compared to Kylotonn and real life.

    I understand it's not necessary to change tyres at every service in the game but to be unable to re-use or rotate tyres on the car is just plain wrong.

    It's not representative of the sport at all and ruins the custom championship mode.

    However, in normal championship, the maximum number of stages you can have is 9 and the tyre allocation is fine.

    But if you create a custom championship with more stages, it seems to still allocate tyres based on 9 stages.

    I think that is the bug.

    This also happens in Career mode.  Rally Iberia in the Rally2 category, 9 stages, all dry, 3 sets of Asphalt Rain tyres.  Whilst I could have kept the soft and dry tyres on for longer in the early stages, there really is no logic to having the wets at all.  Not only that, the AI have all bee non dry tyres throughout.  Lots to love about this game, but the tyre management is incredibly poor.

    To be honest the games been out for a year and people have said this since day one, so if it ain’t fixed now, it’ll never be fixed
