Tyre changed without having spare tyres

Summarize your bug After having a tyre damage on a stage without having a spare tyre left, I pressed pause and quit the stage. Then I returned to the rally and could start the next stage and my tyre was changed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't pack a spare tyre in your car and damage the tyre. Then oause and quit the stage and return to the rally. You should be able to start the next stage and have your tyre repaired.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unfair in clubs.
What do you expect to see? When you don't have a spare tyre it can't be changed until the next service park.

To be honest, I don't know how the rules are in real life WRC, but I think when you don't have spare tyre on your car you can't repair it after a stage before entering the next one?! Or is the team allowed to give you a new one?
