Unable to connect to EA Servers (Error 110)

Hi!
I'm experiencing a problem since yesterday night. I play on Xbox Series X

My game is not connecting to the EA server and I cannot access the online functions of the game. Error 110 keeps appearing.
My son has his account in the same console and his works perfectly.

I'm a little bit concerned because I do some online championships and I want to participate in all the rallies.

Has someone experienced something like this?
Is there any solution?
Last week I played and everything was working fine.

I hope this can get fixed...

    Hi guys!
    I want to expose my problem because it concerns me a little bit.
    Me and my dad play EA Sports WRC, we play on the same xbox, I have my account and he has his account, we share the simulator.
    The thing is, that last friday he wasn’t able to acces Racenet in the app, I thought that it would be a temporal issue. Next day, we checked and it wasn’t working, we tried to access the EA Racenet web and it worked fine.
    After that, he started the game to do some clubs events, and when he started the game, it didn’t connect to the EA Servers. At the top right of the screen (where the progress bar appears) it appears a warning sign and a ‘Re-connect’ message, and when he tries to access online functions ‘Error 110’ appears, explaining that the game cannot connect to the servers. Maybe it’s some problem coming from the last update, because until last week everything was working perfectly and he never had any problems.
    We’ve tried everything we could to fix it, restart console, router, erasing and re-entering the account, re-installing the game… nothing worked.
    I’m a little bit sad because this is a hobby I share with him, we are following some championships in Clubs Mode with some communities, and it makes me sad to think that he will not be able to play again.
    I’m trying to help him the best I can but nothing seemed to work out, maybe it’s something from the last update that makes his account not able to connect. Has someone experienced something like this?

    His account on Xbox is J Suquet 1 and Suquet1960 here in EA.
    My account works perfectly, it’s only his that has this problem.
    I would be deeply grateful if someone can give me any advice or help because I can’t solve it by myself… 😞
