I got it to open...try checking under C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts  ...see if you have a folder called EA Desktop...open that..mine had a second folder \EA desktop. I shrunk it to a single volume...I then ran the anti cheat updater and it opened

    "Hey there,

    We have released a new patch, but it seems that the issue continues for some players."

    This is what they answered.

    BUT THERE IS NO NEW PATCH. WHERE IS THE NEW PATCH?????
