I have some good news for you!
After investigating the issue, our team has found a solution and pushed it live on EA app. I am thrilled that some of you are confirming you can play again!
Meanwhile, similar issues on Steam continue to be investigated.
In order to help our team, could you try to boot the game in another machine with the same Steam account and see if this keeps happening?

I'm playing from the EA app and I've got the exact same issue. Everything was perfect before the update and now won't go past the splash screen. How can this happen from such a huge company? It's unbelievable that you can get it so wrong!
